Regarding the issuance of the Rules on the organization and operation of securities companies

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Securities Law dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2007/ND-CP dated January 19, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Securities Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Chairman of the State Securities Commission,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Rules on the organization and operation of securities companies are hereby promulgated.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Chairman of the State Securities Commission, the Heads of relevant units, securities companies, and other related parties are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
