MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT

Article 1. This Circular stipulates the work of competition and rewards in the Agriculture and Rural Development sector (hereinafter referred to as the "Agriculture and Rural Development sector")./2002/Decree No. 11/2002/NĐ-CP of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

Pursuant to Decision No. 06/2006/Decision No. 06/2006/QĐ-BTNMT of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment promulgating Regulations on classification of reserves and mineral resources;

Based on the proposal of the Director of the Mineral Reserve Evaluation Council Office, the Department of Legal Affairs,

DECISION:

Article 1. These accompanying regulations on exploration, classification of reserves, and bauxite resources are hereby issued.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Governmental Agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
