MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational college level;

Considering the proposal of the Appraisal Council regarding the issuance of the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational college level for the profession

"Wood Carving Technology"

DECISION:

Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational college level for the profession:"Wood Carving Technology".

Based on the aforementioned framework programs, the Principals of vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate and higher vocational college levels shall determine, organize the appraisal, and approve the training programs applicable to their institutions.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the Vocational Training General Department, vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate and higher vocational college levels for the profession "Wood Carving Technology," and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
