Issuing the List of Telecommunication Services Subject to Quality Management
MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications dated May 25, 2002;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 187/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 25, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS;
Pursuant to Decree No. 160/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 3, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications regarding telecommunications;
Pursuant to Decision No. 33/2006/QĐ-BBCVT dated September 6, 2006 of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications promulgating the "Regulations on Quality Management of Postal and Telecommunication Services";
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached to this Decision "List of Telecommunication Services Subject to Quality Management" is hereby issued.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 34/2006/QĐ-BBCVT dated September 6, 2006 of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications promulgating the "List of Telecommunication Services Subject to Quality Management".
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Department of Science and Technology, Information Technology and Telecommunications Quality Management Bureau, Directors of Provincial Departments of Information and Communications, Heads of Ministries' agencies and units, telecommunication enterprises, and organizations and individuals participating in the provision and use of telecommunication services are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
