THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents of 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents of 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/ND-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government guiding the implementation of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 135/2003/ND-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government on inspection and handling of legislative regulatory documents;
Pursuant to the Medicine Law No. 34/2005/QH11 dated June 14, 2005;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Drug Administration Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Revoke Decision No. 2032/1999/QD-BYT dated July 9, 1999 of the Minister of Health on issuing Regulations on the management of toxic drugs, list of toxic drugs and list of drugs reducing toxicity and Decision No. 3046/2001/QD-BYT dated July 12, 2001 of the Minister of Health on supplementing the list of toxic drugs and the list of drugs reducing toxicity.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Director of the Drug Administration Department, Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Health Services under centrally governed cities and health sectors are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
