CIRCULAR
Regulations on economic-technical standards for managing and providing surveying and mapping information data

MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2002/NĐ-CP dated January 22, 2002 of the Government on surveying and mapping activities;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 102/2008/NĐ-CP, September 15, 2008, on the collection, management, exploitation, and utilization of data on natural resources and the environment;
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam National Mapping Agency, the Head of the Planning Department, and the Head of the Legal Department,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. The economic-technical standards for managing and providing surveying and mapping information data are hereby promulgated along with this Circular.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 1, 2010.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Directors of the Vietnam National Survey and Mapping Center, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, and organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
