Issuing the "Radio Frequency Spectrum Plan for Vietnam for Fixed and Mobile Ground Services (30 - 30000 MHz)"

MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS

Pursuant to the Post and Telecommunications Ordinance dated May 25, 2002;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 24/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 14, 2004 detailing certain provisions of the Post and Telecommunications Ordinance regarding radio frequency;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 187/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;

Pursuant to Decision No. 336/2005/QĐ-TTg dated December 16, 2005 of the Prime Minister approving the National Radio Frequency Spectrum Plan; On the proposal of the Director of the Radio Frequency Management Department,

c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B

Article 1. Issuing along with this Circular the "Radio Frequency Spectrum Plan for Vietnam for Fixed and Mobile Ground Services (30 - 30000 MHz)."

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2010. This Circular replaces Decision No. 1197/2000/QĐ-TCBĐ dated December 12, 2000 of the General Post Office Director approving the "Radio Frequency Spectrum Plan for Vietnam for Fixed and Mobile Ground Services (30 - 30000 MHz)."

Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Radio Frequency Management Department, the Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Information and Communications, organizations and individuals within and outside Vietnam using, producing, importing, and trading in radio equipment for use in Vietnam shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
