CIRCULAR

Regulations on Electrical Domestic Equipment for Vocational Training at Intermediate and College Levels

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to the results of the Appraisal Council's review of the List of Electrical Domestic Teaching Equipment and the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration regarding the issuance of regulations on Electrical Domestic Teaching Equipment applicable to intermediate and college vocational training levels;

The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs hereby stipulates the regulations on Electrical Domestic Teaching Equipment for vocational training at intermediate and college levels as follows:

Article 1. Scope and Applicability

This Circular stipulates the regulations on Electrical Domestic Teaching Equipment for vocational training at intermediate and college levels to be applied to intermediate vocational schools, college vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to conduct intermediate and college vocational training in Electrical Domestic fields.

Article 2. Regulations on Electrical Domestic Teaching Equipment

The contents of the regulations on Electrical Domestic Teaching Equipment include:

1. Minimum list of equipment for teaching Electrical Domestic skills at the intermediate vocational level (annexed).

2. Minimum list of equipment for teaching Electrical Domestic skills at the college vocational level (annexed).

Article 3. Implementation Provisions

1. This Circular takes effect from December 4, 2011.

2. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, provincial and municipal people's committees under the central government, the Vocational Training Administration, schools, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular. In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution.
