Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the list of equipment for vocational training at intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level for the trades: Tour guiding; Travel management; Hotel restaurant operations - Hotel management; Culinary techniques; Hotel management; Resort management; Network management; Computer programming, to be applied to intermediate vocational schools, higher vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, higher education institutions, and universities that have registered to conduct these trades.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from December 26, 2012.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political-social organizations, provincial People's Committees under the central government, the Vocational Training Administration, intermediate vocational schools, higher vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, higher education institutions, universities that have registered to conduct these trades, and related units are responsible for implementing this Circular.
In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
