for national food salt reserves

Pursuant to the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations No. 68/2006/QH11 dated June 29, 2006;

On the basis of the Law on Management and Use of State Assets No. 09/2008/QH12 dated June 3, 2008;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 94/2013/NĐ-CP dated August 21, 2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on National Reserves;

Pursuant to Decree No. 215/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 23, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

At the request of the Director General of the State Reserve Administration,

The Minister of Finance issues this Circular on the issuance of National Technical Regulations for national food salt reserves.

Article 1. Attached hereto are the National Technical Regulations for national food salt reserves.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from April 8, 2014.

Article 3. The Director of the State General Reserve Corporation, heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals related to the management, import, export, and storage of national food salt reserves shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.

In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Finance for study and amendment.
