The Minister of Information and Communications issues this Circular stipulating ANNEXESrime Minister cNATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITYon FOR BROADBAND COMMUNICATION DEVICES. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY FOR BROADBAND COMMUNICATION DEVICES (QCVN 94:2015/BTTTT).
Article 1. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF AGENCIES AND UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AND CITY DEPARTMENTS OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH THESE REGULATIONS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect from April 1, 2016.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Information and Communications under centrally governed cities and provinces, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
