CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE “NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON ANALOG CATV SIGNALS AT SUBSCRIBER CONNECTION POINT”
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Law on Telecommunications dated November 23, 2009;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
The Minister of Information and Communications issues this Circular to regulate the National Technical Regulation on Analog CATV Signals at Subscriber Connection Point.
Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the National Technical Regulation on Analog CATV Signals at Subscriber Connection Point (QCVN 87:2020/BTTTT).
Article 2. Effective Date
1. This Circular shall take effect from April 1, 2021.
2. Decision No. 08/2015/TT-BTTTT dated March 25, 2015 of the Minister of Information and Communications promulgating “National Technical Regulation on Analog CATV Signals at Subscriber Connection Point” shall cease to be effective from April 1, 2021.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Directors of Departments under the Ministry of Information and Communications, Heads of provincial-level Telecommunications Departments, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
