Issuing the Ordinance on Overseas Representative Offices of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

THE STATE PRESIDENT
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly,
NOW PUBLISHES:
The Ordinance on Overseas Representative Offices of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, adopted by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly (Session IX) on December 2, 1993./.
