On the basis of the Government Organization Law dated December 25, 2001;
On the basis of the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training at the report number 12859/TTr-BGDĐT dated January 6, 2006 regarding the establishment of Da Nang University of Architecture.

Article 1. Approves the establishment of Da Nang University of Architecture.
Article 2. Da Nang University of Architecture is a higher education institution; it has legal personality, its own seal, and separate accounts.
Article 3. Da Nang University of Architecture operates under the Charter on the organization and operation of Private Universities issued together with Decision No. 14/2005/QĐ-TTg dated January 17, 2005 of the Prime Minister.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 5. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
