DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Issuing the List of Goods Entitled to Export Support Credit for 2003
Based on Decision No. 133/2001/QĐ-TTg dated September 10, 2001 of the Government regarding the issuance of the Export Support Credit Regulation;
THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/CP dated December 4, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
Based on Resolution No. 02/2003/NQ-CP dated January 17, 2003 of the Government concerning major policies and key solutions to be focused on implementing the tasks of economic and social development in 2003;
After exchanging with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and the Development Support Fund.
Implementing the guidance of the Prime Minister in Circular No. 78/CP-KTTH dated January 20, 2003 of the Government on promoting exports in 2003;
Issued along with this decision is the List of Goods Entitled to Export Credit for 2003.
DECISION:
Article 1. LIST OF GOODS ENTITLED TO EXPORT SUPPORT CREDIT FOR 2003
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
