GOVERNMENT INSPECTOR GENERAL

Pursuant to Decree No. 83/2012/ND-CP dated October 9, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Government Inspectorate;

Pursuant to Decision No. 137/2009/QD-TTg dated December 2, 2009 of the Prime Minister approving the "Project on Incorporating Anti-Corruption Content into Education and Training Programs";

Pursuant to Directive No. 10/CT-TTg dated June 12, 2013 of the Prime Minister on Incorporating Anti-Corruption Content into Teaching at Educational Institutions from the 2013-2014 Academic Year;

At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Affairs Department, the Institute of Inspection Science, Government Inspectorate,

DECISION:

Article 1. Approves the training materials, seminars, and reference materials on anti-corruption for lecturers and teachers as follows:

1. Training materials and seminars on anti-corruption for lecturers and teachers at universities, colleges, and secondary vocational schools;

2. Training materials and seminars on anti-corruption for teachers at high schools;

3. Training materials and seminars on anti-corruption for lecturers and teachers at administrative and professional management schools under Party and State agencies, armed forces, and political-social organizations;

4. Reference materials on anti-corruption;

5. Handbook on anti-corruption work.

Article 2. The materials specified in Article 1 of this Decision are official materials serving the training and seminars for lecturers and teachers at universities, colleges, and secondary vocational schools; high schools; administrative and professional management schools under Party and State agencies, armed forces, and political-social organizations according to Directive No. 10/CT-TTg dated June 12, 2013 of the Prime Minister on Incorporating Anti-Corruption Content into Teaching at Educational Institutions from the 2013-2014 Academic Year..

The Director of the Institute of Inspection Science shall coordinate with relevant units to be responsible for submitting to the leadership of the Government Inspectorate for consideration and decision regarding the printing and distribution of the materials specified in Article 1 of this Decision.

Article 3. Based on these materials and other materials compiled and approved by relevant ministries and sectors, educational institutions shall be responsible for compiling lesson plans and organizing teaching in accordance with the programs approved by competent authorities.

Article 4. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.

The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Legal Affairs Department, the Director of the Institute of Inspection Science, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
