DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the establishment of the National Organizing Board for the Commemorative Rally Marking the 115th Anniversary of the Birth of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2005) in Hanoi
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
To implement Resolution No. 35/NQ-TW dated February 9, 2004 of the Politburo on organizing major commemorative events in 2004-2005;
Pursuant to Decision No. 847/QĐ-TTg dated August 5, 2004 of the Prime Minister on establishing the National Steering Board for Commemorating Major Events in 2004-2005;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Culture and Information,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the National Organizing Board for the Commemorative Rally Marking the 115th Anniversary of the Birth of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2005) in Hanoi (hereinafter referred to as the Organizing Board).
Article 2. The Organizing Board shall be responsible for organizing the Commemorative Rally Marking the 115th Anniversary of the Birth of President Ho Chi Minh in Hanoi, under the guidance of the National Steering Board for Commemorating Major Events in 2004-2005.
Article 3. The Organizing Board consists of the following comrades:
1. Comrade Pham Quang Nghi, Minister of Culture and Information, Deputy Head of the National Steering Board - Head of the Board.
2. Comrade Nguyen Hong Vinh, Deputy Head of the Central Committee's Ideological and Cultural Department - Deputy Head of the Board.
3. Comrade Le Tien Tho, Deputy Minister of Culture and Information - Deputy Head of the Board.
4. Comrade Nguyen Quoc Trieu, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City - Deputy Head of the Board.
5. Comrade Nguyen Van Rinh, Deputy Minister of Defense - member.
6. Comrade Nguyen Khanh Toan, Deputy Minister of Public Security - member.
7. Comrade Nguyen Phu Binh, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs - member.
8. Comrade Nguyen Cong Nghia, Deputy Minister of Finance - member.

14. Comrade Nguyen Phuong Minh, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Women's Union - member.
15. Comrade Duong Quoc Hung, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Central Committee's Ideological and Cultural Department of the Communist Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh - member.
16. Comrade Vu Van Hien, General Director of Vietnam Television - member.
17. Comrade Vu Van Hien, General Director of Voice of Vietnam Radio - member.
Article 4. The National Organizing Board for the Commemorative Rally Marking the 115th Anniversary of the Birth of President Ho Chi Minh in Hanoi will automatically dissolve upon completion of its assigned tasks.
Article 5. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
The Head of the National Organizing Board for the Commemorative Rally Marking the 115th Anniversary of the Birth of President Ho Chi Minh in Hanoi, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Heads of related organizations and individuals, and members of the Organizing Board are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
