DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the establishment of the National Organizing Committee for the Commemorative Rally on the Day of Complete Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2005) in Hanoi To implement Resolution No. 35/NQ-TW dated February 9, 2004 of the Politburo on organizing major national anniversaries in 2004-2005;
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 847/QĐ-TTg dated August 5, 2004 of the Prime Minister on establishing the National Steering Committee for Commemorating Major Anniversaries in 2004-2005,
The National Organizing Committee for the Commemorative Rally on the Day of Complete Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2005) in Hanoi (hereinafter referred to as the Organizing Committee) is hereby established.
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Culture and Information,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Organizing Committee shall be responsible for organizing the Commemorative Rally on the Day of Complete Liberation of the South and National Reunification in Hanoi according to the directives of the National Steering Committee for Commemorating Major Anniversaries in 2004-2005.
Article 2. 1. Mr. Pham Quang Nghi, Minister of Culture and Information, Deputy Head of the National Steering Committee - Head of the Committee.
Article 3. The Organizing Board consists of the following comrades:

The National Organizing Committee for the Commemorative Rally on the Day of Complete Liberation of the South and National Reunification in Hanoi will dissolve itself upon completion of its assigned tasks.
Article 4. The Head of the National Organizing Committee for the Commemorative Rally on the Day of Complete Liberation of the South and National Reunification in Hanoi, Ministers, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of agencies under the Government, heads of relevant organizations and individuals, and members of the Organizing Committee are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 5. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
The Chairman of the State Organization Committee shall convene a rally to commemorate the Day of Complete Liberation of the South and National Reunification in Hanoi. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Heads of relevant organizations and individuals, and members of the Organizing Committee shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
