THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Considering the proposal of the Forest Protection Department at Circular No. 490/KL-BV&PCCCR dated May 8, 2007 regarding the approval of the Plan for Forest Allocation and Forest Leasing,

Article 1. Approves the Plan "Forest Allocation and Forest Leasing for the Period 2007-2010" (attached hereto).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Forest Protection Department, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Chiefs of Provincial Forest Protection Services under the central cities and provinces, and the Heads of related units shall be responsible for implementing this decision.
