DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE

Approving the supplementary national key trade promotion program for 2005

 

THE MINISTER OF TRADE

 

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Commerce;

Pursuant to Decision No. 0104/2003/QĐ-BTM dated January 24, 2003 of the Minister of Trade promulgating the regulations on the establishment and management of the national key trade promotion program;

Pursuant to Circular No. 5923/VPCP-KTTH dated October 14, 2005 of the Government Office regarding the supplementation of the national key trade promotion program for 2005;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Trade Promotion,

 

DECISION:

 

Article 1. Approving the supplementary national key trade promotion program for 2005 and the leading agency responsible for implementation according to the attached lists in this Decision.

Article 2. The leading agency shall be responsible for implementing the approved projects in accordance with the objectives and contents, ensuring effectiveness, creating conditions for businesses of all economic sectors participating in the approved projects, and mobilizing business contributions in accordance with current regulations.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The heads of the leading agencies of the program and the Director of the Department of Trade Promotion under the Ministry of Trade are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
