Pursuant to the Ordinance on privileges and immunities granted to diplomatic missions, consular posts, and representative offices of international organizations in Vietnam dated August 23, 1993;
Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 10, 2003 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
At the proposal of the Director of the Protocol Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto with this Decision is the "Regulation on issuing identity cards for members of diplomatic missions, consular posts, and representative offices of international organizations in Vietnam", replacing the previous Regulation on issuing identity cards issued together with the Decision of the Minister of Foreign Affairs No. 1066/QĐ dated June 20, 2000.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. All previous provisions contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Director of the Protocol Department, the Head of the Ministry's Office, the Directors of the Departments of Foreign Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and related localities, and the Heads of relevant units within the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
