ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF HEALTH DECREE NO. 2774/1999/QD-BYT OF SEPTEMBER 13, 1999 ON THE PROCEDURE FOR STORING NATIONAL MEDICAL EQUIPMENT RESERVES AND THE PROCEDURE FOR STORING NATIONAL PHARMACEUTICAL RESERVES AND RAW MATERIALS
THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Decree No. 68/CP dated October 11, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to Decree No. 10/CP dated February 24, 1996 of the Government on the Management Regulations for National Reserves;
Pursuant to Circular No. 170/CSDT dated April 4, 1997 of the National Reserve Administration guiding the implementation of the Management Regulations for National Reserves;
Pursuant to Circular No. 29/1998/TT-BTC dated March 11, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance on guiding the financial management system for implementing the Management Regulations for National Reserves issued together with Decree No. 10/CP dated February 24, 1996 of the Government;
At the proposal of the Director of the Planning Department, the Director of the Financial Accounting Department, the Director of the Medical Equipment and Construction Department of the Ministry of Health, and the Director of the Vietnam Drug Administration;

Article 1. The following are promulgated together with this Decision:
1. The procedure for storing national medical equipment reserves.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature and issuance.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Planning Department, the Director of the Financial Accounting Department, the Director of the Medical Equipment and Construction Department of the Ministry of Health, the Director of the Vietnam Drug Administration, the General Directors of the Vietnam Medical Equipment Corporation, the Vietnam Pharmaceutical Corporation, and the heads of units assigned by the Ministry to store and manage national reserves, and the heads of related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
