Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 127/2007/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 1, 2007 DETAILING IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS;/Pursuant to Decree No. 2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 35/2013/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2013, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;
At the proposal of the Director of the Standardization - Metrology - Quality Control Department;
The Minister of National Defense issues this Circular on the issuance of National Technical Regulation QCVN 03:2017/BQP, National Technical Regulation on the destruction and incineration of gun cartridges, bullet primers, and ignition devices.No.t cartridges, bullet primers, and ignition devices.
Article 1. QCVN 11:2018/BQP, National Technical Regulation on ammunition storage facilities, explosives, and auxiliary tools for receiving and collecting within the scope managed by the Ministry of National Defense.
QCVN 03:2017/BQP, National Technical Regulation on the destruction and incineration of gun cartridges, bullet primers, and ignition devices.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Circular takes effect from December 15, 2017 and shall be uniformly applied throughout the entire military force.
Article 3. The Director of the Standardization - Metrology - Quality Control Department, Heads of agencies and units, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
