HANOI, OCTOBER 2, 1956
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 268-SL dated July 1, 1956 establishing the Viet Bac Autonomous Region;
Based on the election results of August 17, 1956 by the People's Council of the Viet Bac Autonomous Region;
At the proposal of the Minister of Interior,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1- The list of members of the Administrative Committee of the Viet Bac Autonomous Region elected at the meeting of the People's Council of the Viet Bac Autonomous Region on August 17, 1956 is hereby approved as follows:
1. Colonel Chu Van Tan (Nung) Chairman,
2. Major Thanh Phong (Thai) Vice-Chairman,
3. Mr. Trieu Nho Phuc alias Khanh Phuong (Man) Vice-Chairman,
4. Mr. Nguyen Cong Binh
