DECREE
REGARDING THE RENAMING OF HA TIEN DISTRICT TO KIEN LUONG DISTRICT IN KIEN GIANG PROVINCE

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF KIEN GIANG PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. RENAME HA TIEN DISTRICT IN KIEN GIANG PROVINCE TO KIEN LUONG DISTRICT.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect fifteen days after its issuance. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are abolished.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF KIEN GIANG PROVINCE, THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT, AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AGENCIES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE.
