Regarding the transfer of the Central Cam Pha Mechanical Company
to become a subsidiary unit of Vietnam Coal Corporation
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to Decision No. 67/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 27, 2001 of the Prime Minister on the merger of Vietnam Energy and Mining Machinery Corporation into Vietnam Coal Corporation;
At the proposal of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Coal Corporation (Petition No. 1123/TT-HĐQT dated May 15, 2001) and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The name shall remain unchanged and the Central Cam Pha Mechanical Company, an independent accounting subsidiary unit of Vietnam Energy and Mining Machinery Corporation, shall be transferred to become an independent accounting subsidiary unit of Vietnam Coal Corporation.
Article 2. The General Director of Vietnam Coal Corporation is responsible for directing the Central Cam Pha Mechanical Company to complete all necessary procedures to ensure normal operations in accordance with the Charter of Vietnam Coal Corporation, current State regulations, and the Charter of the Company approved by the Board of Directors of Vietnam Coal Corporation.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous documents that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Vietnam Coal Corporation, and the Director of the Central Cam Pha Mechanical Company are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
