DECREE
Regarding the establishment of Luong Bang town, Kim Dong district, Hung Yen province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Department under the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Now establish Luong Bang town, the district capital of Kim Dong district, Hung Yen province based on the entire natural area and population of Luong Bang commune.
Luong Bang town has 755 hectares of natural area and 9,173 inhabitants. The administrative boundary of Luong Bang town: East borders Vu Xa commune; West borders Song Mai commune; South borders Hiep Cuong commune and Tien Lu district; North borders Chinh Nghia commune.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Department under the Government, and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
