ISSUED BY THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM ON THE REGULATIONS ON LOANS

BASED ON THE LAW ON THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM AND THE LAW ON CREDIT ORGANIZATIONS DATED DECEMBER 12, 1997;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 15/CP DATED MARCH 2, 1993 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL;

Article 1. AMEND ARTICLE 2 OF DECISION NO. 1627/2001/QĐ-NHNN DATED DECEMBER 31, 2001 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM ON THE REGULATIONS ON LOANS BY CREDIT ORGANIZATIONS TO CUSTOMERS AS FOLLOWS:
"THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 1, 2002. THE REGULATIONS ON LOANS BY CREDIT ORGANIZATIONS TO CUSTOMERS ISSUED PURSUANT TO THIS DECISION REPLACE THE REGULATIONS ON LOANS BY CREDIT ORGANIZATIONS TO CUSTOMERS ISSUED PURSUANT TO DECISION NO. 284/2000/QĐ-NHNN1 DATED AUGUST 25, 2000 OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCIAL AND URBAN-CENTRAL BRANCHES OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM, BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND GENERAL MANAGERS (DIRECTORS) OF CREDIT ORGANIZATIONS, AND CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE LOANS FROM CREDIT ORGANIZATIONS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
