DECISION
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF VIETNAM HERITAGE CULTURAL ASSOCIATION MALE
MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 on the right to establish associations;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 regarding the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 88/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 2003 on organization, operation, and management of associations;
Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Heritage Cultural Association establishment committee, opinions from the Ministry of Culture and Information, and recommendations from the Department for Non-Governmental Organizations.
DECIDES:
Article 1. To permit the establishment of the Vietnam Heritage Cultural Association.
Article 2. The Vietnam Heritage Cultural Association shall be under the management of the Ministry of Culture and Information; its organization and activities shall follow the approved Charter by the Ministry of Home Affairs. The Vietnam Heritage Cultural Association has legal personality, manages its own funding and operational means.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Chairman of the Vietnam Heritage Cultural Association and the Head of the Department for Non-Governmental Organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
