THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

On the basis of Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

On the basis of Decree No. 13/2003/NĐ-CP dated February 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the list of dangerous goods and transportation of dangerous goods by road.

At the proposal of the Director of the Industrial Safety Technology Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The "Technical Safety Management Regulations for Loading, Unloading, and Transporting Liquefied Petroleum Gas in Tanks" are hereby issued.

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Department Heads under the Ministry, the Directors of Provincial Industry Departments, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
