Pursuant to the Education Law on June 14, 2005.
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies.
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Pursuant to the results of the evaluation by the Advisory Council for the Development of the Framework Curriculum for Higher Education in the Teacher Training Sector on May 17, 2006.
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Universities and Graduate Studies.

Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the Framework Curriculum for Higher Education in the Teacher Training Sector at the bachelor's level, including fourteen framework curricula for the following fourteen fields:
1. Mathematics Education, bachelor's level;
2. Physics Education, bachelor's level;
3. Chemistry Education, bachelor's level;
4. Biology Education, bachelor's level;
5. Computer Science Education, bachelor's level;
6. Geography Education, bachelor's level;
7. Literature Education, bachelor's level;
8. History Education, bachelor's level;
9. Industrial Technology Education, bachelor's level;
10. Agricultural Technology Education, bachelor's level;
11. Educational Psychology, bachelor's level;
12. Political Education, bachelor's level;
13. Educational Administration, bachelor's level;
14. Special Education, bachelor's level.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Framework Curriculum issued with this Decision shall be used in universities, academies, and university-level institutions that have the responsibility to train the fourteen fields named in Article 1 of this Decision.
Article 3. The Director of the Department of Universities and Graduate Studies shall be responsible for guiding the rectors of universities and academies and the presidents of university-level institutions to develop specific education programs, organize the compilation and approval of common textbooks according to regulations.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Universities and Graduate Studies, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the rectors of universities and academies, and the presidents of university-level institutions shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
