Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2006/NĐ-CP dated May 31, 2006 of the Government stipulating the organization, tasks, powers, equipment, uniforms, insignia, and support tools for railway security forces;

At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Railway Administration and the Head of the Legal Department.

Pursuant to …; 

Article 1. Repeal Decision No. 33/2005/QĐ-BGTVT dated July 21, 2005 of the Minister of Transport promulgating the Interim Provisions on the organization and operation of railway security forces on trains.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Departments, Vietnam Railway Administration, Board of Directors of Vietnam Railway Corporation, General Directors of Vietnam Railway Corporation, Heads of agencies, units, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
