PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS ON THE STANDARDS FOR AQUATIC RESOURCES INSPECTORS

Pursuant to the Inspection Law on June 15, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources;
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2005/NĐ-CP dated August 17, 2005 of the Government on the organization and operation of Aquatic Resources Inspectors;
Pursuant to the opinion expressed in Document No. 2488/TTCP-PC dated December 15, 2006 of the General Inspector;
At the proposal of the Chief Inspector of the Ministry,
DECISION:
Article 1. These provisional regulations on the standards for aquatic resources inspectors are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Chief Inspector, the Director of the Office, Heads of Departments, Bureaus, and other units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Fisheries Services or Departments responsible for provincial-level state management of fisheries affairs under the central government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
