"DESIGN FOR EARTHQUAKE RESISTANT STRUCTURES"

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Upon deliberation of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO WITH THIS DECISION IS ONE VIETNAM BUILDING STANDARD:
TCXDVN 375: 2006 "DESIGN FOR EARTHQUAKE RESISTANT STRUCTURES
PART 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS, EARTHQUAKE EFFECTS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING STRUCTURES
PART 2: FOUNDATIONS, RETAINING WALLS AND GEO-TECHNICAL ISSUES".
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, AND OTHERS LISTED IN THE RESPONSIBILITY SHEET ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECISION.
