DECISION

ADOPTING THE PROGRAM ON LEGAL EDUCATION AND PUBLICITY OF THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT FOR THE PERIOD FROM 2008 TO 2012

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT

Pursuant to Decree No. 51/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 61/2007/NQ-CP dated December 7, 2007 of the Government on continuing the implementation of Directive No. 32-CT/TW dated December 9, 2003 of the Politburo (Term IX) on strengthening Party leadership in legal education and publicity work to enhance law compliance awareness among cadres and people;
Pursuant to Decision No. 37/2008/QĐ-TTg dated March 12, 2008 of the Prime Minister approving the Program on Legal Education and Publicity from 2008 to 2012;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Law,

DECISION

Article 1. To adopt the Program on Legal Education and Publicity of the Ministry of Transport for the period from 2008 to 2012, attached hereto.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Director of the Department of Law, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, the General Directors of VINASHIN Corporation, Vietnam Shipping Corporation, Vietnam Railway Corporation, Vietnam Airlines Corporation, Vietnam Automobile Industry Corporation, Directors of Provincial Departments of Transport directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
