Regarding the issuance of the Reporting Regulations
and Reporting Forms for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control Activities

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to Article 18 of the Statistics Law number 04/2003/QH11 dated June 17, 2003.
At the proposal of the Director of the HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the "Reporting Regulations and Reporting Forms for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control Activities."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. The Decision number 26/2006/QĐ-BYT dated September 6, 2006 of the Minister of Health on the issuance of the "Reporting Regulations and Reporting Forms for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control Activities" is hereby repealed.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Inspectorate, HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control Department, Directors of Departments, Bureaus, General Bureaus under the Ministry of Health, Heads of subordinate units of the Ministry, Provincial/Municipal Health Service Directors under the central government, and Health Sector Heads of relevant sectors are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
