ISSUING THE LIST OF VIETNAM'S EXPORT AND IMPORT SERVICES

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Statistics dated June 26, 2003;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 40/2004/NĐ-CP dated February 13, 2004 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Statistics;
The Prime Minister issues this Decision on principles, criteria, and allocation standards for state budget investment capital development phase 2016-2020.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE LIST OF VIETNAM'S EXPORT AND IMPORT SERVICES, INCLUDING 12 SECTORS OF SERVICES CODED WITH FOUR DIGITS:
1. TRANSPORT SERVICES (CODE 2050);
2. TOURISM SERVICES (CODE 2360);
3. POSTAL AND TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES (CODE 2450);
4. CONSTRUCTION SERVICES (CODE 2490);
5. INSURANCE SERVICES (CODE 2530);
6. FINANCIAL SERVICES (CODE 2600);
7. COMPUTER AND INFORMATION SERVICES (CODE 2620);
8. FEES FOR PURCHASE AND SALE OF LICENSES, BRANDS, COPYRIGHTS (CODE 2660);
9. OTHER BUSINESS SERVICES (CODE 2680);
10. PERSONAL, CULTURAL AND ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES (CODE 2870);
11. GOVERNMENT SERVICES NOT ELSEWHERE CLASSIFIED (CODE 2910);
12. LOGISTICS SERVICES (CODE 9000).
EACH SECTOR OF SERVICES IS DETAILLED INTO SUB-SECTORS AND PRODUCTS AND CODED WITH FOUR DIGITS.
Article 2. THE MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT IS DIRECTED TO ISSUE A CIRCULAR TO REGULATE THE CONTENT OF THE LIST OF VIETNAM'S EXPORT AND IMPORT SERVICES, PROVIDE GUIDANCE, MONITOR THE IMPLEMENTATION SITUATION, AND SUBMIT PROPOSALS TO THE PRIME MINISTER FOR AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO THE LIST OF VIETNAM'S EXPORT AND IMPORT SERVICES BASED ON THIS DECISION.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JULY 1, 2011.
Article 4. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
