CIRCULAR

Regulations on vocational training equipment for Automotive Technology, Metal Cutting, and Textile Technology trades at intermediate vocational level and college level

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

Based on the results of the appraisal by the Appraisal Councils for the List of Vocational Training Equipment for the following trades: Automotive Technology; Metal Cutting; Textile Technology, and the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration regarding the issuance of regulations on vocational training equipment for these trades, applicable to intermediate vocational level and college level training;

The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs hereby promulgates regulations on vocational training equipment for the Automotive Technology trade; Metal Cutting trade; and Textile Technology trade at intermediate vocational level and college level as follows:

Article 1. Scope and Applicability

These Circulars regulate vocational training equipment for Automotive Technology, Metal Cutting, and Textile Technology trades at intermediate vocational level and college level to be applied to intermediate vocational schools, college-level vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to conduct such trades.

Article 2. Regulations on vocational training equipment

1. Automotive Technology trade:

a) Minimum list of vocational training equipment for Automotive Technology trade at intermediate vocational level (annexed);

b) Minimum list of vocational training equipment for Automotive Technology trade at college level (annexed);

2. Metal Cutting trade:

a) Minimum list of vocational training equipment for Metal Cutting trade at intermediate vocational level (annexed);

b) Minimum list of vocational training equipment for Metal Cutting trade at college level (annexed);

3. Textile Technology trade:

a) Minimum list of vocational training equipment for Textile Technology trade at intermediate vocational level (annexed);

b) Minimum list of vocational training equipment for Textile Technology trade at college level (annexed).

Article 3. Implementation Provisions

1. These Circulars shall take effect from November 30, 2011.

2. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political social organizations, provincial People's Committees under central cities, the Vocational Training Administration, schools, and related units are responsible for implementing these Circulars. Any difficulties encountered during implementation should be promptly reported to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution.
