On supplementing certain projects using government bond funds
for the period 2011-2015

BASED ON THE CONSTITUTION OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM IN 1992 AS AMENDED AND COMPLEMENTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 51/2001/QH10;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly No. 30/2001/QH10, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 83/2007/QH11; the State Budget Law No. 01/2002/QH11; Resolution No. 10/2011/QH13 of the National Assembly on the Socio-Economic Development Plan for 2011-2015; Resolution No. 12/2011/QH13 of the National Assembly on the Government Bond Fund Plan for the period 2011-2015;
After considering the Report No. 121/TTr-CP dated May 18, 2012 of the Government; the Review Report No. 563/BC-UBTCNS13 dated May 18, 2012 of the Committee for Finance and Budget; the opinions of the National Assembly deputies and the Report on Incorporation and Explanation No. 175/BC-UBTVQH13 dated June 18, 2012 of
the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on supplementing certain projects using government bond funds for the period 2011-2015;
RESOLVES:
Article 1.
Supplementing the List of Projects Using Government Bond Funds for the Period 2011-2015 with the following projects:
1. The construction project of the Nam Can Bridge in Ca Mau Province, part of the Ho Chi Minh Road Project;
2. The Kim Xuyen Bridge Project in Tuyen Quang Province;
3. The Student Dormitory Project at Tra Vinh University in Tra Vinh Province;
4. The Da Nang Cancer Hospital Project;
5. Five component projects under the Coastal Road Project in Ninh Thuan Province, including: Ninh Chu - Phan Rang Road, Hiep Kiet - Binh Thien Road, Vinh Hy - Ninh Chu Road, Mui Dinh - Ca Na Road, and An Dong Bridge.
Article 2.
The Government shall:
1. To develop a plan to be submitted to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly for consideration and decision on allocating government bond funds for the period 2011-2015 to the projects specified in Article 1 of this Resolution;
2. Based on the objectives, principles, list, and total amount of government bond funds for the period 2011-2015 decided by the National Assembly and the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, implement according to schedule and ensure efficient use of government bond funds.
Article 3.
The Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the Committee for Finance and Budget, the Committee for Ethnic Minorities, other Committees of the National Assembly, Delegations of National Assembly Deputies, and individual National Assembly Deputies shall supervise the implementation of allocation and use of government bond funds for the period 2011-2015 for the projects supplemented as provided in this Resolution in accordance with their functions and responsibilities.
This Resolution was adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the 13th term, third session, on June 21, 2012./.
