Issuing Economic-Technical Standards for Operating, Exploiting, and Maintaining Coastal Information Stations to Provide Coastal Information Services

Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

Pursuant to Decree No. 31/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 11, 2005 of the Government on the production and supply of public service products and services;

At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration and the Director of the Department of Science and Technology;

The Minister of Transport hereby issues this Circular on Economic-Technical Standards for Operating, Exploiting, and Maintaining Coastal Information Stations to Provide Coastal Information Services,

Article 1. Attached to this Circular are Economic-Technical Standards for Operating, Exploiting, and Maintaining Coastal Information Stations to Provide Coastal Information Services.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from November 15, 2013, and replaces Decision No. 1791/QĐ-BGTVT dated June 20, 2008 of the Minister of Transport on the issuance of Economic-Technical Standards for Operating, Exploitation, and Maintenance of Coastal Information Stations in Vietnam.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration, and the Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
