DECREE

Charter on organization and operation of Vietnam Rubber Corporation

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 15, 2012 of the Government on the delegation and decentralization of rights, responsibilities, and obligations of the State Owner towards state-owned enterprises and state capital invested in enterprises;

At the request of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development,

The Government promulgates the Charter on organization and operation of Vietnam Rubber Corporation.

Article 1. Attached hereto is the Charter on organization and operation of Vietnam Rubber Corporation.

Article 2. This Decree takes effect from May 30, 2014.

Repeals the Charter on organization and operation of Vietnam Rubber Corporation issued together with Decision No. 469/QĐ-TTg dated March 30, 2011 of the Prime Minister and other previous provisions that are contrary to this Decree.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central government, Members of the Board of Directors, General Director of Vietnam Rubber Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
