Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 58/2008/QD-BLDTBXH dated September 6, 2008 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational level.
Considering the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration,
The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular prescribing the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational level in the construction technology for mines profession as follows:
Article 1This Circular hereby promulgates the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational level in the construction technology for mines profession to be applied to vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, universities, colleges, and private and public specialized intermediate vocational schools that have registered to provide vocational training for this profession (hereinafter referred to as vocational training institutions), but it is not mandatory for foreign-invested vocational training institutions.
Article 2. Based on the provisions of this Circular, the directors of vocational training institutions that have registered to provide vocational training for the construction technology for mines profession shall organize the development, review, and approve the vocational training programs of their institutions.
Article 3. This Circular takes effect from December 11, 2014, and replaces Decision No. 32/2008/QD-BLDTBXH dated April 10, 2008 regarding the issuance of the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational level in the construction technology for mines profession.
Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, provincial people's committees under the central city, the Vocational Training Administration, vocational training institutions that have registered to provide intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level training for the construction technology for mines profession as prescribed in this Circular, and related units are responsible for implementing this Circular.
