CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulations
ON ANIMAL WASTE WATER FOR AGRICULTURAL CROPS

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Livestock Breeding Law on November 19, 2018;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 08/2022/NĐ-CP dated January 10, 2022 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Environmental Protection;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amends and supplements some articles of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE LIVESTOCK CULTURE AGENCY, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT PROTECTION AGENCY;
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON ANIMAL WASTE WATER FOR AGRICULTURAL CROPS.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS QCVN 01-195:2022/BNNPTNT NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON ANIMAL WASTE WATER FOR AGRICULTURAL CROPS.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JUNE 30, 2023.
Article 3. Implementation Organization
THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE LIVESTOCK CULTURE AGENCY, THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT PROTECTION AGENCY, THE HEADS OF THE AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS CONCERNED ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR.
IN THE COURSE OF IMPLEMENTATION, IF THERE ARE ANY DIFFICULTIES, THE AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS ARE URGED TO REPORT PROMPTLY TO THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT (LIVESTOCK CULTURE AGENCY) FOR REVIEW AND RESOLUTION./.
