Pursuant to Decree No.68/2022/ND-CPSeptember 22, 2022 Government Decree on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to Decree No.06/2022/ND-CPJanuary 7, 2022 Government Decree on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and protecting the ozone layer;
Pursuant to Decree No.Decision No. 08/2022/NĐ-CPJanuary 10, 2022 Government Decree detailing certain provisions ofEnvironmental Protection Law;
At the request of the Director of the Climate Change Department and the Head of the Planning and Finance Department;
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on economic and technical norms for surveying, reporting, and assessing greenhouse gas emission reductions and greenhouse gas inventories in waste management.
Article 1. This Circular annexes economic and technical norms for surveying, reporting, and assessing greenhouse gas emission reductions and greenhouse gas inventories in waste management.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2024.
Article 3.Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, People's Committees, provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
