OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 33/SL dated April 22, 1946 and Decree-Law No. 71/SL dated May 22, 1946 establishing the rules of the People's Army of Vietnam,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 121/SL dated July 11, 1950 organizing the Ministry of National Defense - Command Headquarters,
At the proposal of the Minister of National Defense,
ISSUES THE DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1
Appoints Mr. Nguyen Don, a Division Commander-level cadre, to serve as Commander of the Western Military Zone.
Article 2
The Minister of National Defense shall implement this Decree-Law.
