DECREE-LAW
PRESIDENTIAL ORDER NO. 280/SL
HANOI, DECEMBER 10, 1956
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254-SL dated November 19, 1948 establishing the organization of local people's administration;
At the proposal of the Minister of Interior,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1- The following are hereby appointed:
Mr. Hoang Huu Nhan as Chairman of the People's Committee of Haiphong City.
Mr. Vu Trong Khanh as Vice-Chairman of the People's Committee of Haiphong City.
Mr. To Duy as Chairman of the People's Committee of Haiphong City.
Article 2- The Minister of Interior shall be responsible for implementing this Decree-Order.
