DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the assignment of doctoral training tasks to Thai Binh Medical University
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Education and Training in Circular No. 8511/BGD&ĐT-ĐH&SĐH dated September 20, 2005,
DECISION:
Article 1. Assign the task of doctoral training to Thai Binh Medical University.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall examine and specify the specific fields of training for Thai Binh Medical University.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Rector of Thai Binh Medical University are responsible for implementing this Decision.
