DECREE-LAW
OF THE PRESIDENTIAL OFFICE NO. 284/SL
DATE December 22, 1956
PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 150-SL dated April 12, 1953 establishing special people's courts in areas where the masses were mobilized for rent reduction and land reform;
Pursuant to the Land Reform Law of December 4, 1953;
In accordance with the Council of Ministers' resolution on correcting errors in land reform and rectifying organizational issues;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1- Special people's courts established by Decree-Law No. 150-SL dated April 12, 1953 in areas where the masses were mobilized for rent reduction and land reform are hereby abolished.
Article 2- The Prime Minister is responsible for implementing this decree-law.
