THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and Ministerial-Level Agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Northern Region Lottery Construction Council and the Director of the Department of Financial Institutions and Financial Organizations,
DECISION:
Article 1. Recognize the Standing Board of the Northern Region Lottery Construction Council for Term VII (2005-2007), elected by the directors of member lottery construction companies at the general meeting of the Northern Region Lottery Construction Council held on July 20, 2005 in Hanoi, according to the attached list.
Article 2. The Standing Board of the Northern Region Lottery Construction Council shall be responsible for leading the Northern Region Lottery Construction Council to comply with the regulations on managing lottery construction activities issued by the Ministry of Finance; effectively directing lottery construction activities in accordance with the operational rules of the Northern Region Lottery Construction Council approved by the Ministry of Finance.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
The Director of the Department of Financial Institutions and Financial Organizations, the Head of the Ministry's Office, the Directors of the Departments of Finance of provinces and cities from Ha Tinh northward, the Directors of the Northern Region Lottery Construction Companies, and the Standing Board of the Northern Region Lottery Construction Council are responsible for implementing this decision./.
