NOTICE
LIST OF ENTERPRISES IMPLEMENTING PRICE REGISTRATION AND REPORTING
Pursuant to Circular No. 122/2010/TT-BTC dated August 12, 2010 of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing Circular No. 104/2008/TT-BTC dated November 13, 2008 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decree No. 170/2003/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2003 of the Government detailing and providing guidance on certain provisions of the Price Law and Decree No. 75/2008/NĐ-CP dated June 9, 2008 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 170/2003/NĐ-CP; In which it is stipulated that the Ministry of Finance shall establish a list of organizations and individuals required to register prices and report prices (as provided in Point 1, Article 7; Point 1, Article 8) and the Price Management Department under the Ministry of Finance is responsible for establishing the list of organizations and individuals required to register prices and report prices that are received by the Ministry of Finance (as provided in Point 4.1, Article 7 and Point 4.1, Article 8 of Circular No. 122/2010/TT-BTC).
After soliciting opinions from relevant ministries, sectors, and units regarding the list of organizations and individuals required to register prices and report prices at the Ministry of Finance; the Ministry of Finance has compiled and established a list of organizations and individuals required to register prices and report prices that are received by the Ministry of Finance as set out in the attached Appendix.
The Ministry of Finance hereby notifies those organizations and individuals listed for price registration and reporting to be aware and comply with such requirements.
The Price Management Department under the Ministry of Finance shall urge and guide enterprises and individuals listed in the list to implement price registration and reporting according to the prescribed forms set out in Appendices 4 and 5 of Circular No. 122/2010/TT-BTC./.
